New year means new time and we should respect new time. I think, Most of the people enjoy, celebrate and expand money with happy. There is no need to be happy on new year . You think just a moment , we are subtracting every second from our whole period of life . We are losing time, not gain. Time is not Google plus where we can add +1. This is time and you know that ''Time and tide wait for none''. Don't be serious on New Year. If there is the matter of happy then, Be happy every second, every minute, every hours, every year and every moment of your life.
